The Challenge

As guest messaging became a core part of the hotel experience, Kipsu needed a better way to know exactly when a guest had arrived. The old approach used scheduled data extracts, but it was slow, fragile, and put unnecessary strain on hotel systems. In some cases, messages were delayed, missed, or sent at the wrong time.

When a major hotel enterprise asked Kipsu to find a more reliable way to connect with its various Property Management Systems, the team turned to Hapi.
