RLH Corporation had ambitious growth goals and wanted to give hotel owners the freedom to choose their own technology stack, including PMS, POS, and CRM systems. But this flexibility came at a cost. With over 1,100 hotels and seven different PMS platforms in use, it became increasingly difficult to connect systems, unify data, and deliver real-time insights. The lack of integration slowed innovation and made it harder to support consistent guest experiences or bring new hotels online efficiently. High integration costs also blocked further CRM rollout, limiting the company’s ability to personalize communications at scale.
RLHC turned to Hapi to make data connections easier and faster across its growing portfolio. Using real-time connectors, Hapi took data from multiple PMS platforms, enriched it, and streamed it as a single data flow. This let RLHC integrate systems in weeks rather than months and build its own CRM using Microsoft Dynamics 365 with connectivity through Hapi. The initial CRM deployment of 100 hotels quickly expanded to over 640 properties, with more being added as they came online.
