Margaritaville Partners with Hapi for Total Customer Data Strategy

The Challenge

Margaritaville is a global lifestyle company spanning resorts, urban hotels, vacation homes, RV parks, restaurants, retail, and consumer products. With so many guest touchpoints, the team needed a way to bring customer data together in one place. They wanted a strategy that could go beyond hospitality and give business leaders the ability to truly understand guests across every vertical. Without unified data, it was difficult to drive personalized experiences, targeted marketing, or long-term loyalty.

The solution

To power this strategy, Margaritaville selected Hapi Guest to deliver real-time data from multiple hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) into Salesforce. Hapi’s integration serves as the foundation for a suite of Salesforce tools, including Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Analytics Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Personalization. With Hapi as the central connector, Margaritaville is also working to bring in data from restaurants, retail systems, and more, fueling a single source of truth for guest insights and helping to shape smarter, cross-functional strategies.
